Facivo Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and US federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Peak Periods: During major sales events or holidays, processing times may be extended up to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience during high-volume periods.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) PST will begin processing the following business day.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following domestic shipping options within the United States:

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75.00 (pre-tax).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur with the carrier. These transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to Canada, the UK, Australia, and select countries in the EU. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (IMPORTANT):

Facivo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs, import duties, and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Liability

Facivo is responsible for your purchase until it is picked up by the designated carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx). After that point, the package is covered by your selected shipping insurance (if applicable) and the carrier's liability.

  • Damages: If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing, as the carrier will require this evidence.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Facivo is not responsible for packages that are stolen after they are confirmed delivered by the carrier ("porch piracy"). If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:

    1. Verify the shipping address on your confirmation email.

    2. Check with neighbors or household members.

    3. Contact the local post office or carrier office to inquire about the delivery location.
